COUNSELLING
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. You may be struggling with difficult emotions, relationships, past experiences or a sense that life has become hard to navigate on your own.
Counselling offers a safe, confidential and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences without judgement. Rather than giving advice or telling you what to do, counselling is a collaborative process that helps you make sense of your experiences, deepen your understanding of yourself and develop new ways of moving forward.
I work at your pace, recognising that every person's story is unique. Together we can explore the challenges you are facing, build on your strengths and work towards a life that feels more connected, meaningful and hopeful.
SUPERVISION
As a supervisor in training, I’m offering low-cost clinical supervision to qualified counsellors and trainee counsellors. (Depending on the training organisation's requirements)
My approach to supervision is relational and systemic, with a framework informed primarily by the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision (Hawkins & Shohet) and the Integrated Developmental Model (IDM). My aim is to create a reflective, collaborative and supportive supervisory relationship that attends to both client work and the wider contexts that influence our practice, while supporting professional growth and ethical, effective practice.
